At Shabari Pooja Mart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction for both our products and spiritual services. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Return Policy (Pooja Items & Divine Products – eCommerce)
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used pooja items
- Perishable or customized items (like special pooja kits)
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- Wrong product delivered
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you can also request a free replacement if:

Replacements are shipped within 2–4 working days after approval.
5. Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
6. Shipping Costs

- Return shipping (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
7. How to Request a Return or Refund
Purohit Services
- Cancellation allowed 24 hours before scheduled pooja → Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours → No refund / Partial refund (based on case)
b) Vastu & Astrology Services
- Cancellation before consultation → Eligible for refund
- Once consultation/service is completed → No refund
